We know you're excited to receive your parcel! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification. You can also track your order status here on our website or visit Qxpress and enter your order reference number (e.g., QXSGXXXXXXXXX).

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery or collection, with a valid Order Reference Number(e.g., LBSGXXXXXXXXX) and a completed return form.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless otherwise stated in the promo code terms and conditions.

  • Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags intact.

Exclusions:

  • Inner wear (such as underwear), jewelry, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle items, and gifts are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.

  • Products sold at discounted prices are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Full-priced products purchased with promotional codes where terms and conditions specify no returns, exchanges, or refunds are also not eligible.

  • Products obtained through giveaways or contests are subject to specific terms and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Reimbursement & Processing Time

Once your return is processed, you will receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price within 7-10 business daysafter the item has been received. Please note:

  • We do not provide cash refunds for any returned items.

  • Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
